The GMS alignment frame keeps everything perfectly stable and aligned as material is fed back and forth through the Gerber Edge. The bi-directional rewinders are easily adjustable, so you can change the pull/torque for a variety of thick or thin materials such as magnetic, Lexan, PVC-10, and other specialty media.
When your Gerber Edge begins printing, the GMS Heavy-Duty Electric Rewinders keep constant tension on your materials and rewind them when the Edge feeds left or right. This prevents your valuable work from touching the table surface or getting wrinkled. Rewinders eliminate the need for constant attention and free up your time.
You can set your job to run, and then walk away to attend to other things until it is time to change foils. The job is fed back and forth through the Edge, and automatically rewinds onto the first spool.
