"Helping the customer is what I enjoy most. That's where the sales come from," Marjorie says. "Being the first line of support is important to us." In 1997 Marjorie moved the business from Cleveland to Chicago to open a distributorship for Gerber specifically targeting the label and decal printing market. Marjorie has since then installed hundreds of systems for manufacturers, label houses, screen printers, and graphic companies. Other than being the top officer for the company, Marjorie's primary responsibilities include Client Relations, CEO, Sales, and being a Gerber Systems Specialist since 1990.

Doug is focused on thermal transfer products and keeps us busy expanding our line of unique GMS materials and short-run digital solutions like ModelMark™ and RubberMark ™. We like to offer robust products that help our customers reach niche markets. Doug is involved in instructional training on the Gerber Systems including the Omega Software and finishing solutios while researching and managing product lines of thermal and inkjet printers and compatible materials.
